Lack of space for the wheeled breakfast table made dining awkward. On arrival, no clear instructions for the self-check-in left us feeling lost in a new environment. The coffee machine also didn’t work properly and only provided two pods for four guests. The absence of complimentary water bottles added to the sense of unwelcomeness.
